Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Boostered (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Boostered is a mobile application that enhances video audio by normalizing loudness levels to industry standards (-14 LUFS). All processing occurs locally on your device.

Use of the App

You may use Boostered for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Redistribute or resell the app

Subscription and Purchases

Free Tier

• Limited to 5 video boosts per month
• Full functionality within the usage limit

Pro (In-App Purchase)

• Unlimited video boosts
• One-time purchase, no recurring fees
• Non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by Apple’s policies

Early Adopter Status

Users who installed the app during the initial launch period may receive unlimited access as a thank-you for early support.

Intellectual Property

Boostered and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will meet your specific requirements
• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Video Content

You are solely responsible for the videos you process. We do not access, view, or store your content. You must have the right to use any videos you process with the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the app immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
